Programme Description

Risk Management is a course that explores the nature of risk and ways to mitigate this risk thereby reducing any risk of financial and reputational loss to an organisation. The course covers how to set up risk management system as well as practical aspects of identifying, evaluating, assessing, monitoring and administrating this risk. By the conclusion of the course, participants will have a better understanding of risk management process and how to use this process in making effective decisions.
