Suveera Singh is a Research Manager at Regent Business School, where she oversees the research components of various Master’s and Honours programmes, with a strong emphasis on maintaining and enhancing research quality.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, with a research focus on mental health, agility, and resilience.
Her research interests span leadership development, psychology, mental health, organisational behaviour, digital transformation in management, and research process optimisation. She is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence, driving innovation, and promoting student-centred research practices.
