RBS places a strong emphasis on developing employability skills of its students through our Specialised Career Services. We offer a range of initiatives and resources that are designed to support our students throughout their academic journey, including our specialized Career Services, redHUBs, and iLeadLabs.
At REGENT, we understand the importance of developing employability skills that contribute towards career progression in the modern world of business. Our Career Services team provides one-on-one consultations, career counselling, CV reviews, and online mentoring through REGENT Connect. We actively seek partnerships with employers to provide our students and alumni with internship and job opportunities, as well as organizing various professional development events such as webinars, workshops, and master classes.
In addition, we offer two unique services that are aimed at developing practical skills for our students. redHUB is a startup incubation hub that provides support for student entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into successful businesses. iLeadLabs is a leadership development program that helps students build their leadership capabilities through experiential learning and practical projects.
At REGENT, we believe in the potential of African talent, and our goal is to provide education for impact that equips our students with the skills they need to succeed in their careers and make a positive impact on society.

We are proud to announce that our recent employability report has revealed impressive statistics. 80% of our students reported being satisfied with the institution, and 93% agreed that the education received at RBS met and exceeded their job requirements. Furthermore, 87% of our alumni were employed at the time of the survey, many in top management roles at blue-chip companies. These statistics demonstrate the effectiveness of our 4IR approach to higher education and our commitment to producing highly employable graduates.
