Leenika Rampersadh

Leenika Rampersadh, MBA Lecturing at Regent Business School I have served in the tertiary education sector for over two decades, both local and abroad (12 years). Teaching is predominantly my passion, although I held various other positions during this period, Head of Division, Diploma Manager (Head of Business Campus), Curriculum and Assessment Developer, Staff Training, and National Examiner for FET Colleges. 

My international experience exposed me to a host of nationalities and ethnic groups, in all areas of my work scope. This diversity allowed me to look deeper into classroom management and how it impacts on student performance. The latter is a key factor to both, the lecturer and management in every institute. Outside the classroom, I enjoy horse riding, hiking, camping, reading biographies, and lending a voluntary hand to students who need it.
