Katlego Molokoe

I am a Research Psychologist and current PhD candidate with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research, postgraduate supervision, and public health research. I hold a Bachelor and Honours degree in Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts in Research Psychology from North-West University. My professional experience spans higher education, international research organisations, and NGO sectors, including work with Global Well (Belgium), Doctors Without Borders (MSF), and the UKZN Centre for Rural Health. Across these roles, I have led and supported complex research projects, produced rigorous evidence-based analyses, and worked with diverse populations in both rural and urban contexts. 

In higher education, I have coordinated and supervised large cohorts of postgraduate students, supporting them through topic development, proposal writing, ethical clearance, and the completion of research reports. I have also served on verification and review committees, facilitated academic webinars, and provided methodological guidance aligned with institutional standards and research ethics. With strong skills in SPSS, NVivo, academic writing, and research design, my work is grounded in advancing socially responsive, ethically robust research that contributes to both academic excellence and community wellbeing.
