Nabeela Rachied

Nabeela Rachied is an esteemed researcher and academic, holding a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. In her professional role within the Research Department, Nabeela’s responsibilities encompass a range of academic functions. She is actively involved in the review, development, moderation, and supervision of the research component of the BCom Hons and the MBA programme. Her work ensures that the research curriculum remains rigorous, relevant, and aligned with current industry standards. Additionally, Nabeela conducts workshops to equip students with essential research skills and methodologies, fostering a robust academic environment.

Her teaching philosophy integrates her research insights with practical applications. Nabeela is currently pursuing a PhD and has a profound interest in research areas such as organizational research, occupational culture, cybercrime and security .
