PROF LESTER DAVIDS
UCT GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
Lester Davids started his academic career with a PhD in molecular and
cellular biology in the department of Medicine at UCT. He formed and
managed a successful research laboratory for 10 years. Currently he is
working as a facilitator, lecturer and consultant to the entire Executive
MBA course at the UCT Graduate School of Business. He is, and remains
passionate about enabling people from any contextual background to
emerge as the best version of themselves through a process of self-discovery
and transformation. He remains fully committed to this purpose through
advisory, mentoring, training, facilitation, and coaching services. He consults
on business principles, systemic thinking, and leadership as practice with
National companies Davids holds a Masters in Biology from UCT, has
worked with and graduated numerous postgraduate students, has more than
40 research publications and completed his executive MBA at UCT with a
dissertation focussing on Change Leadership in a Post COVID era
