Nadeem Cassim, the newly appointed Director of Portfolio: Academic Support at Regent Business School, has successfully completed his PhD in Business Administration at Northwest University in South Africa. His doctoral research focused on formulating a framework to facilitate the successful implementation and management of Work From Home (WFH) for academic personnel in private higher education institutions. Nadeem’s dedication to academia, coupled with his practical insights, positions him as a valuable asset to the academic support team at Regent Business School.
Abner Mthembu, Senior Academic Researcher Coordinator at Regent Business School, brings a wealth of expertise spanning communication science, public relations management, and entrepreneurial studies. With over 14 years of industry experience and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of scholars, Abner’s journey culminated in the attainment of his PhD. His research endeavours bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching the academic community and inspiring both aspiring scholars and seasoned professionals.
Rowen Govender, the Academic Head at the School of Healthcare Management, has distinguished himself through his extensive background in healthcare and research. With a PhD in Clinical Medicine, Rowen’s research addresses critical challenges in healthcare management, including the development of innovative solutions for sexually transmitted infections. His commitment to integrating research-based knowledge into healthcare education ensures that Regent Business School remains at the forefront of healthcare management innovation.
